I believe it is a nurse of compassion. A nurse who is blessed herself to be sane and able to get through college to receive a nursing degree. Thus, this person is willing and able to help those who are not this fortunate in life. It is speaking out for and helping those who cannot do such themselves. She would be a blessed angel.
