∙ 9y agoThe percentage of genitally intact (non circumcised) males in the United States varies widely by age. Circumcision became very common in the U.S. during the mid 17th century. However in the past 20 years the number of newborn males being circumcised has dropped from over 80% to under 40%.
Among American men age 20 or older, probably fewer than 25% are genitally intact However
among American men under age 20, probably more than 60% are are genitally intact.
