The 2006 census reported 783,000 black people in Canada. There hasen't been a census then on how many African Canadians there are. But because of Canada's immgiration policies I would say that the population is probably up to or at least close to 1 million. With at least 15% of the population residing in Toronto.

For a start, this question is racist. I don't understand your reasons behind this question.
To answer this question in a fair way, the only way to get a true understanding of this answer would to research the Canadian census.
But you should also include anyone in that census that is e.g African American, Somali, Nigerian, or other cultures that have a darker complexion that have legal living status in Canada. (you have to factor in the fact that many people would have residency, citizenship, or were born in Canada, and they need to be counted in your quest of knowledge in this topic)
In Islam (which is the category that you asked this question under) we don't believe in race. We believe that we are all Muslim and have the same status value. No culture, race, or skin colour is better then the other and we are all equal in the eyes of Allah.
And on behalf of anyone that has the skin colour that is dark, I would ask this person that asked this question to truly look at their selves and their heart to see why they asked this offensive question.
Statistics Canada reports that 82% of the population is "white" - described as coming from an Anglo-European heritage. Canada was founded originally by England, though in the Eastern portions there were large populations of French. During the Napoleonic wars in the late 1700's, France negotiated away its colonies in Canada in favour of the Sugar Islands. After that, the main population of Canada was English, with European immigrants coming after 1900. There were small numbers of immigrants from non-European sources ie: Japan, China, Africa and India. However, the cultural background of the country was 100% English with French language and provincial law allowed only in the province of Quebec. The term Canadian is synonymous white people precisely because the country was explored, founded, and developed by Anglo-Europeans. In this respect, Canada's heritage and history is similar to Australia, New Zealand and the U.S. - commonly referred to as the Anglo-Sphere. Recently, over the last two decades, immigrants from third-world countries have been moving to Canada and settling in cities like Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, which have experienced a demographic shift as Canadians have moved away.

Approximately 64% of Canadians over the age of 18 are considered overweight or obese. This statistic is based on body mass index (BMI) measurements.
In the US, the percentage of obese white women is higher than the percentage of obese black women. According to recent data, around 38% of white women are obese compared to 57% of black women.

While the exact number is not known, there is no single registry for black belts, the Canadian Black Belt Association lists about 150 holders in their network, a small percentage of the total. These are Canadians that have successfully achieved the status of black belt holder. The CBA, however, is unsure about how many holders there are outside of its network. It is probably a pretty good bet that it is less than 1%.
