Well, microsoft's windows operating system is on about 90% of the computers currently in use, so I would assume a number close to that would be the % of the computers coming preloaded with windows.

So if the market share stay stable about 27.77777777777778 % people use a computer and 25.36111111111111% people of the planet will use Desktop Windows. My guess is that Windows will fall slightly by 2016 to around one of four people on the planet.
