When you inhale air the concentration is abut 21% of oxygen but in your lungs some of it gets consumed and replaced by carbon dioxide the concentration of exhaled oxygen depends on your metabolism and oxygen consumption.

The oxygen you exhaled is about 16-17% of the air exhaled, and the carbon dioxide is about 4%.

When you inhaled, the oxygen was about 20-21% of the air, and the carbon dioxide is negligible.

Most of the rest of the air is nitrogen.
