A phobia is an irrational fear, but fireworks are a combination of two things - bright lights and loud noises. These fears are not irrational, however, and are defense reflexes all humans are born with. A fear of fireworks isn't a phobia, but a combination of rational fears based on human defense mechanisms.

You could potentially be allergic to certain chemicals that are in colored fireworks. However, the basic ingredient of a firework is gunpowder, which is composed of potassium nitrate, carbon, and sulfur; it's not really possible to be "allergic" to any of those.

What's far more likely is that the smoke from burning fireworks irritates your nose or lungs, and you're mistaking this for being "allergic" to them.
