These times however are not completely accurate as the excretion rate of Benzoylecgonine differs in every individual according to metabolic rate, weight, height, body fat content overall health, type of test etc... Most important determining factor is the type of test used. 2. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PRESCRIPTION MEDICINE OR OVER THE COUNTER SUBSTANCE THAT WILL GIVE A FALSE POSITIVE FOR BENZOYLECGONINE. The cocaine products used by dentists and doctors will not give you a false positive because their structure is chemically different than street cocaine. The standard EMIT test used by 95 percent of certified labs that do preemployment drug screening can show a false positive but the test is always confirmed by the Gs/Ms test which is 99 percent accurate and cannot be defeated in the court of law. My source says the Amoxicillin may create false positives in cocaine tests. And that's all I've seen listed, but possibly local anasthetics, such as novocain and lydocain may cause a positive test as well, as they are related molecules, but this is simply an assumption.
