I just applied the Dr T's Rat A Way Repellent around the foundation of my house and the mice are gone. This repellent has a special ingredient that "repels" mice from the area. Believe me it works! I used it and i dont have mice or rats anymore! Try it yourself before you call the exterminator because you never know how it easy it was and plus you would be able to save money yourself! The prices are cheap too on the website so you would be spending a lot less tha you would calling an exterminator.
