Usually the ratio of mixing peroxide to hair color is 1:1, or equal parts. Occasionally it's 1:2, one part color and 2 parts developer...depending upon the color line. This is why it's very important to read the manufacturer's instructions or seek help from a professional hairstylist.

For an intense turquoise, I would try mixing blue and green (2:1 ratio). You can also try mixing blue and yellow (5:1 ratio). If you are looking for a lighter turquoise add white to either of these formulas. The more white you add, the lighter the color will get.

What color do you get mixing hazel and blue?

The final color really depends on the ratio of blue, green, and white. Together, if blue and green were mixed in equal quantities, then the result would be turquoise. Also, the color would vary on the shade/hue of the green or blue. If you mix a pale blue with a green or a dark blue with a green, the final color would differ. The addition of white will lighten the color. The more white, the lighter the final result. If you add white to the turquoise (50% blue+50%green), you would get a very light/faded turquoise (or blue/green). The great thing about mixing colors is that you could always add colors if you do not like the result. If you would like the color to have more of a blue hint to it, then add more blue. Though, I highly recommend adding the additional colors little by little, then mixing. This makes it easier to get the ideal color.
