No, it should work as long as your not blind. Which, by the fact that you asked this question, I imply that you are not. But if for some reason you are blind and are driving, i really doubt that the color of the car headlight should effect your ability to see ahead of youself...or any light for that matter.
the color green is highest on the visibility spectrum yes it is the most VISIBLE color (they do apear stronger because of this).and they also have the longest range
