I make some seafood stuffed mushrooms that are to die for! First, just pick up some crabmeat from the grocery store and make some crab stuffing with some cream cheese and spices and a few crushed saltine crackers. Then wash and de-stem your mushrooms. Stuff them with the seafood mixture and bake. They are done when the moisture starts to come out of the mushrooms.
