They hated the black people, therefore (and) they were white (people) To answer the question, the KKK are technically Protestant Christian, although many of their beliefs run contrary to the foundations of Protestantism, and the average white Protestant will have no truck with them. The KKK espouses white supremacy and does not limit its rhetoric only to prejudice against black people. They also are against Asians, Jews, Catholics, and others.

Not in the usual sense- the Burning Cross may be seen as sacrilege by many, but they do have, strange as it sounds- Chaplains in their organization, and probably also Medical officers. The KKK opposes Jewry, Catholicism ( or it did in recent times) and Blacks in general. They are essentially a Hate organization.

Klu Klux Klan is mainly Christian, specifically Protestant. However they dislike Catholics, as well as Jews
