It's not the grandparents that decide if you can see you child or not. They can only decide over their own child. You have at least visitation right. If they do not allow it in their home it has to happen elsewhere. If you are on the birth certificate you have a better chance and can go to court. If not you can request a DNA test so it's clear that you are the father. Make a parenting agreement. Nail down as many details as possible to minimize future disputes, including holidays, communication, weekly and summer schedules, pickups and drop-offs, education, religion and medical care. Consider mediation if you can't agree on a custody plan.

If your birth father allowed your step father to adopt you, you do not have rights to your birth father's estate where I am sitting; however, 10 feet behind me you do. See a lawyer.
You didn't provide enough detail. The answer depends on the marital status, whether paternity has been established if the parties were not married and whether the father has custody rights. If he has custody rights she is not allowed to just take them. If they are married they have equal rights to the children.
signing over a parents rights
Yes.
If he is not the natural son of the father, no. He is not a descendant and therefore has no rights to it. The divorce decree would have severed all of the rights between his mother and your father.
Since the father is a minor, I would think that his parents have rights.
If there are no court orders both parents have equal rights.
No there is is not. Having a child does not make one an adult, it just makes you a parent. You are still the responsibility of your parents. You do have rights when it comes to your child.
yes he/she is allowed
If the biological parents' rights were severed, the parent is a legal stranger to the child, and she and the father have no duties or benefits to each other.
As long as the father has not voluntarily relinquished his parenting rights, or they have not been taken from his by a court, he should have full access to medical records.
