Unfortunately, nobody can determine the required settings for your camera. I can give you a general answer though. Canon's T3i has pretty good ISO performance. You can set your ISO to about 3200 in low light and keep your shutter around 1/30-1/60 depending on the situation. You'll have to have a steady hand. Keep your aperture (F number) to the lowest number possible. In your case, you'll have to keep it at f/3.5. In order to change all of these numbers, you'll have to shoot in Manual mode.
