Well first of all, it depends on how old the other person is. if you're the same age, first find out if that person likes you back. if you get together, or if you are already together, then you should probably tell that person. It may overwhelm them but the answer won't kill you, it may just be the happiest day of your life.

sorry to be a cynic but at our age what you feel probably isnt love no offense. You dont know a person well enough at this age to love them, sorry but what your felling is probably just a strong attraction that may in later years lead to love but for now it's all about the hormones baby
