siding prices are estimated by "square" which is 100 sq. ft. or 10x10 area. siding material costs can very from $60-$130 a square depending on quality and finish. Installation will run you an average cost of $200-$300 per square. Remember cheaper isn't always better so check references on subcontractors as well as quality and warranty of the product. siding prices are estimated by "square" which is 100 sq. ft. or 10x10 area. siding material costs can very from $60-$130 a square depending on quality and finish. about a leg and a dick oh ya and your mom

What a sad, immature little man. Why would someone need to call attention to his prowess with older women, and insinuating his manhood's size with something so large, (a leg)?

The answer to this question has many variables including, but not necessarily limited to the quality of the cedar used, (#1, grade A, blue dot, 2-pack is the highest quality), the slope, (or pitch), of the roof to be roofed/re-roofed, area of the country and the contractor used for the installation.

The best recommendation is to call local roofing supply companies, (ABC Roofing in the west is one option), multiply the price they give by 3 for an average pitched roof, (3/12 to 5/12 pitched).

*Please keep in mind that a supply company is going to give a higher price to a non-contractor than they do to a company that gives them frequent business.*

Also, get as many bids from contractors as you can, ask for and call several referrals, check with local government regulatory agencies, (registrar of contractors or the equivalent, depending on the state), select a few contractors with a price near the center of the options to further consider, and perhaps most important of all, choose a contractor with whom you are comfortable with, can look you in the eye, and has a pleasant disposition, since this person and their company will be a part of your life for several days, (plan on 1-2 days for every 400 square feet of your house).

approx $ 8/linear foot on the economy end......go to Home Depot or Lowes, purchase materials and then go outside store and hire 3 Mexicans for $100/day each to do the installation. Do not get ripped off by fence building companies that will do the same thing and charge you thousands of dollars extra for doing nothing differently.>>>>> or hire a local tradesman to build something nice for you and reflect the respect a home owner embodies himself, as in turn a reflection of his neighbor(hood). pay him/her 30 dollars an hour and offer them water or snacks as you typically ad on duties to the worklist and act remarkble sometimes shocked when delivered a bill for change orders, and just pay it as loyalty and understanding that america is for capitalists and english is the primary language

Most of the time labor will be between 15-30 dollars per sq/ft and materials will range from 1.50-6.00 per sq/ft. Depending on what your building it out of.

Can the HOA make you move your fence?

Review your governing documents to determine whether or not board permission is required to install a fence -- or not. Read your purchase documents to identify the permissions requested and given for the installation of the fence -- if permission is required under your governing documents. If you installed the fence, requested permissions and they were granted, you followed the guidelines and potentially have a 'legal fence'. If the fence was installed without permission when permission was required, you may be required to move it. If no permission is required, you may have a basis upon which to refuse to move your fence. Otherwise, there may be other reasons why the association wants you to move your fence, in which case the association may want to help you pay to move it, or cover the cost entirely.

How much do a wooden gate cost?

Wooden fencing costs on average about forty-five dollars for a six foot by eight foot section. Measurements will need to be taken to determine how many sections that will be needed. There will be a cost if the fence is professionally installed, but if a homeowner plans on installing a wooden fence themselves, they can save money by eliminating professional installation costs.
