What should you bring to a home walk through?

Wear sensible shoes--you should check out the roof if you have not done so before. A home inspection would be wise before you go through the walk through. Bring a pad and paper with you. If you have thought of questions to ask, you should list them before hand. You will need to know where the circuit breakers, water main and water heater are. Ask if they have the original manuals for any of the household appliances. Make sure that anything that was on the contract is still present--curtains, blinds, lighting fixtures, etc. Ask what days garbage is picked up.
