Only you can decide what is best for you however, it may be in your best interest to find out what you need to know before making such a drastic move and up rooting your life for what may be a mistake in the end. If someone has feelings for someone they would tell them not try to lure you somewhere abroad - this sounds like a strange iffy situation that I would find out everything about before even considering to continue dating let alone moving. Be careful - things may not be what they seem.
