Tell him the first time he calls that you're not interested...if he keeps calling after that just completely ignore him, if hes calling ur home phone get someone to pick up the phone, if they say its him, hang up without a word, if u answer and no one answers back or he does, just hang up, talking to him after you've already made it clear your not interested just prolongs the whole ordeal.
