This is not an addiction. This is a pica nutritional disorder. Talc, chalk, baby powder, and ice eating is due to a Magnesium deficiency. It may be caused by diet or genetic reasons. It is easily remedied by regularly taking double or triple doses of a Magnesium and Calcium supplement.
Answerswap it for sherbet or American cream soda powder it might be better tasting and certainly more pleasant. psychologically it might be easier to to convinse the mind its taking talc but taking the sherbet powder as an altrnative or wean the ammount slowley bit by bit but very imortantly seek some counselling as it sounds like their are some serious issues around this \aaddictionWiki User
