There is no rush. The 18 year old father should look for a job first. Then after the baby is born the 16 year old should get a job too. After that they both should see if their money together could hold down a apartment, light, gas(if needed), phone, and any other expenses. All of those things shouln't be looked at until they graduate from high school. The 16 year old mother still has 2 years left of school and she should spend them at home.
