Ask him how his work is going with his co-worker. Watch his facial expressions and how he responds to your question. Make a suggestion that you go out to lunch/dinner with them when they are busy working sometime.

If you truly feel there is something going on, confront him and tell him you are aware he is having an affair. If he is, he might just cave in and admit what is going on. You need to decide if you want to stay married to him or not, if he is going to admit/end the affair and go to counseling.
