How old is the baby? If just born then it wont eat or drink for 2-3 days, it has the yolk sac as food. Ducklings are my favorite especially to hatch. The imprinting mechanism is awesome, as the first thing it sees when it comes out of the egg is its mother, even if it's a dog! Anyhow is it floppy, is the yolk sac completely in the body? Did you hatch these? Without knowing more its hard for me to help.. * Take the baby duck to the vet right away because it can be dehydrated or can starve. * Another bird may adopt this baby or if you have a dog it's been known before where the female dog will nurture all sorts of small creatures. * Try to give it another juvenile Avian companion.
They should have most of their feathers and not down. Older drakes may pick on them and cause injury before that.
i would say no so they should just give them plain water to be safe
A single baby duck is called a duckling, now make that plural. A group of ducks, however, is called a balding.

You could place them in a box on the floor in the front seat and turn the heater on medium setting. You could wrap a hot water bottle in a towel and place that in the box with the ducks.

No, you should not feed your baby anything other than the recommended foods for your baby's age; this is because the baby could have, or could develop allergies.
Smaller fish, crayfish, frogs, insects, most anything they can swallow, even baby ducks and water snakes.
