Answer
Nothing-- at least no dramatic shows of how much you like her. That will just drive her away.
Try to hang out with her and somehow make yourself a part of her life (she belongs to drama club, so you could join too). Make sure that you are nice to her and curtious, but not too keen. Do your own stuff, hang out with your own friends etc too.
It's best to start small: so look at her a bit longer than normal, and if she catches you looking at her, smile then look away. Every girl wants to feel special-- not just that you like them but that you like just them. So start listening, find out what she likes and doesn't like, and try to remember. Try also to notice whether she has a new haircut or a new shirt-- or whether she looks tired or unhappy (but always just tell her that she looks beautiful). Try to help her out if you can in small ways (if she has a bad grade, you could offer to take her out for an icecream etc.).
If you are not getting any encouraging signals (she doesn't try to hang out with you, she doesn't smile a lot around you, she seems bored or not interested), let it go-- don't pursue it further. In the beginning it's really important that you give the other person space to make up their own mind.
i think you should go for it. if you dont and she gets a new boyfriend you will regret not asking her. whats the worst that could happen. she did say you were good boyfreind material.
