I actually bumped into my ex husband and his new wife and I was uncomfortable, but was cordial and pleasant.
When you see your ex boyfriend and his wife simply remember that 'ex' means 'it's over!' You had a relationship and it didn't work out and he probably had other girlfriends before you. Smile, be pleasant to both and congratulate them on their marriage and let them know you wish them happiness. This may be a stinger for you, but it shows maturity and that you have moved on with your life. It also leaves you with a lot of dignity and I'm sure your ex will appreciate it. It also gives you a renewed faith in yourself.
