Well, dont entertain her every complaint anymore, that just adds to her paranoia. I would get her some books on older women that have aged gracefully and let her be. If it starts to interfer with your relationship, if it hasnt already, let her know that this cannot consume her anymore. That you find her pretty and she has nothing to worry about. I would tell her also that in todays world there are issue's bigger then her vainness that she can be using her energy on to help cure... I know it may sound cold but she is seeking attention of a child and is being immature.
