When you've hurt someone that loves you it will take some time to get her to trust again. You have broken a very sacred part of the two of you. All you can do is keep going the best you can, be kind (without over-doing it) and stay home more. In time she will learn to trust you again. This time mean it!

The worst thing you can you is ignore him/her and pretend it didn't happen, unless you truly decide that moving on is the best option for you. Then cut your ties and do so. Faith doesn't hurt anything either, use it if you have it. Whatever happended that hurt your partner, please know they will think about it often and associate a lot of hurt and possibly anger with the situation. If they cannot see past that hurt and anger and forgive whatever action took place, the relationship will not work no matter how hard to try to show your love. Be sincere and truthful at all cost. Your actions and your words must match up. Pretend you are dating again if your already married. Communicate with him/her and listen to his/her feelings and share your own. Know in faith love endures all things and all can be forgiven, you do not have to live your life out in shame and you can forgive yourself. Admitt if you have made a mistake and apologize with all your heart. Regaining trust is the main issue and it is the hardest to obtain. Your actions and your words will help the other person begin to know you are for real and not playing with their emotions once again, but they must also match up. Do not say one thing and do another behind the persons back, it will surely hinder or stop the already fragile relationship all together once again. Let the other person know they are the most important thing other than your faith to you. You must place them first and foremost above family and friends. That person must know they are your one and only and that you are willing to move forward and omitt the prior actions from your behavior that hurt the other person. It will not be a short process.
