nothing. If you have a puppy you have made a commitement to take care of it and love it. You getting married doesn't change that. However if you are going to become neglectful or cruel, than you should find your puppy a loving home. You can do this yourself, don't give you puppy to the humane society. It is not the humane societys job to take your puppy because you're getting married and dont want it anymore. Find someone you trust and know to take your puppy. It is your responsibility to find your puppy a SAFE and LOVING home.
