Do the Fit for Life diet. Get the book at the library. It's a smoothie or a piece of fresh fruit for breakfast. A salad with low fat dressing for lunch. And for dinner a bag of brown rice with a little bit of butter and salt. i am a pro. model. I do this same plan. hope this helps. PS: OH DO LOTS OF EXERCISE!

You should eat a carb and a protein. As long as you work-out right, you'll be able to burn the calories off plus more. If you don't eat anything, you won't have enough energy to give a good workout, and in-turn, burning less calories. Try a piece of wheat toast with some low fat peanut butter.

Just eat healthy foods and keep track of your fat intake. Burning calories through exercise is just as important as what you eat. You can eat "all the right foods" all your life, but if you don't exercise you will still become overweight.

The Best possibble thing to eat before a workout is most probably bread because of the huge amount of carbohydrates but you would want to make sure that you have it at least maybe 1 to 2 hours before your workout.
