Small portions. Think about the size of your fist when measuring. For example: Breakfast is 1 hard boiled egg and a piece of toast with real butter (not fake margerine). Brunch is a yogurt with some grapenuts or muslie in it. Lunch is a half sandwich (roast beef or something with meat and cheese, light mayo if any at all). Snack is a fistful of cashews or pretzels. Dinner is a small salad, 2 oz of baked chicken and a side of green beans. If you are hungry near bedtime, drink a glass of milk or water. Be drinking water all day with each mini-meal.
