Umm, the whole point of being a "secret" admirer is that she doesn't know who gave her the note. That's the point to being a secret admirer. Drop more hints, or build up the courage to ask her out. You have a good chance of a "yes" as an answer, because I know that any girl would love to be admired. So go out there and ask her out! It can't hurt, and you'll become a wiser, experienced man.
