Im sure you know how, the problem is you don't know her yet. Girls don't get interested because they are certain that someone is gonna make them happy, they go for guys who want to at least learn how. =) good luck.

If you want to impress a girl but u have no funny bone in your body then just send her cards and chocolate, girls love chocolate but if you forget to put love ya at the end of the card then you have messed up big time!(only if u date her) OTHERWISE IF YOU ARE JUST FRIENDS DON'T PUT LOVE YA!

Also some girls like romance. Don't be afraid to be flirty. Shy girls may hide back or laugh. Some girls will flirt back but if they do you have a higher chance of her liking you, but some people just think you are joking.

Well... you could make her jealous if you absolutly have to.

You can just be nice to her. Be yourself always, never act cool! That can change your life and you kind of don't want that to happen do you? Just be nice and try to be flirty.
