You should probably say something like " May you be blessed by the angels from above" if the parents are quite religious or if they're not then say something like " May you be cherished forever"

Acknowledge what the gift is, say thankyou for the --------------. and say something about it that you like or how it will be helpful, anything positive, then say thankyou again.
you should tell her that she is the bet teacher ever and put little hearts on the card and just give it to her and she will like it alot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
