Blood sugar isn't measured according to the time of the day. But instead, according to before meal intake and 2 hours after meal intake.

Normal fasting blood glucose should be normally from 70 - 110 mg/dL or 4 - 6.1 mmol/L.

2 hours after meal intake, normal blood glucose levels should be less than 140 mg/dL or 7.8 mmol/L.

Usually any deviation from those values indicate an impairment in blood glucose regulation.
