Make sure that you eat breakfast. Alot of people think that they will be cute and not eat breakfast. But that is a BIG no no! Eat a cereal that is not high in sugar and calories but still tastes good to you. Like special K, honey bunches of oats or anything shredded wheat. Use 2%, 1% or skim milk for your cereal. For lunch, salads are always good. But be careful as to your dressing, cheeses and meats that you may put on your salad. There are tons of dressings out there that are fat free or almost fat free and have very little calories to them and they taste great. Supper you can have baked items, try to stay away from fried foods. Fresh fruit, vegetables and water if you get hungary between meals. I wish you all the best of luck and may God Bless you:)
