you can't post pix on other peoples FB ... if they're your "friend" and their setting allows, whenever you post new pix to your site, a few of them may show up on your "friends" walls. You can drag pix off of friends sites to your desktop and post on your FB site, though.
It's likely the server that is not allowing you to go to the site. If it's someone elses internet server such as a school for example, the tech person usually blocks many sites, and that could be one of them..
