The correct side is your left side for a Monroe, your right side a Madonna and center is a Medusa. Your professional body piercer will assist you in selecting the correct size for your piercing, it's not a one size fits all arrangement. 18 Gauge and 16 Gauge are the most common for Monroe piercings. If you want something more delicate you can ask for a 20 gauge stud too.
