I am a 28 inch waist and my size in womens is 4 or 5
40 inch
40 inch is the waist measurement.
That is not small at all. A 46 inch waist is not petit. Now the jeans vary on your figure. Consider the size hips you have.
According to the Bluenotes website the sizes of jeans vary between men and women. Women's denim jeans range from a waist size of 24 to 30 inches and a leg length of 30 to 34 inches. The line of men's jeans range from a 28 to 38 inch waist and 30 to 34 inch inseam.
There is no set waist size for a size 2. Or any women's sizes for that matter. The number is arbitrary and differs from brand to brand. A women's size 2 can vary from a 25 inch waist to a 35 inch waist going from brand to brand, there has never been any regulation within the fashion industry that says "a size two has to have these dimensions" and so forth, although it has been suggested many times. Even designer brands which label their jeans in waist sizes, like 26 or 27, do not match up their "sizes" with the actual measurements of their jeans. I have a pair of size 26 Seven jeans which are not actually 26 inches around the waist.
I wear a size 3-5 and my waist size is usually a 27-29 inch. it also depends on the style of the pants though - if they are high waisted you may be able to wear something smaller than if they are low-rise.
They're designed for a 32 inch waist. Some that ride lower are a bit larger than that
I am a size zero and my waist size is a 24 hope this helps:) I am a size zero and my waist size is a 24 hope this helps:)
I don't know what it would be for men, but for women that would be around sizes 8 and 10 in jeans and dresses. Good luck on your shopping.
Depending on the department in which you must shop, a waist that is measured at 33 inches will differ. If the department in which you shop is the juniorâ??s department, then the size you will need is 15; however, if you are shopping in the womenâ??s department, you will need to purchase size 16 jeans.
26 inch waist is equal to 66.04 cm.
