what different types of insurance rates are out there? Is there anyway you can send me some information on any companaies that have hvac resedential liability insurance!!! Thanks A lot

A local Insurance Broker is the best way to find business insurance. They are not a captive agent like Farmers, State Farm and Allstate. They have the ability to shop the market to get you the best rate. BE CAREFUL-some charge a brokers fee. Get that informaiton up front. It can be up to 10% of the premium amount. Research a brokerage that doesn't charge fees and has a wide market. This will get you better rates.

Class B licensees shall maintain commercial liability insurance at all times during a license period:

(1) of at least $100,000 per occurrence (combined for property damage and bodily injury);

(2) of at least $200,000 aggregate (total amount the policy will pay for property damage and bodily injury coverage); and

(3) of at least $100,000 aggregate for products and completed operations.
