The three largest reservations in Montana are those at Fort Peck (the Sioux-Assiniboin Reservation) in the north-east of the state, the Blackfoot Reservation in the north-west and the Crow Reservation in the south.The Blackfoot Reservation covers 3,000 square miles; the Crow Reservation covers 3,606.54 square miles (including areas of water); the Fort Peck Reservation covers just over 3,289 square miles.So the largest is the Crow Reservation.The first answer claimed that the "Ojibwe Reservation" was the largest - but there is no Ojibwe reservation in Montana.

If your son is Native American it will be close to impossible to get him away from the reservation due to the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA). If his mother is a fit parent they would not take him away from her. if you move to his state you can get shared custody and visitation. To get your parental rights you have to prove paternity with a DNA test and then you can petition the court for custody, visitation and pay child support. But consult a lawyer on this.

i believe all states can and will extradite... it seems to depend rather on whether the crime was violent or not, whether the warrant says extradite... it does cost the state money to bring someone back. All i can say is that if you are on a Native American reservation they cannot extradite you unless they have the cooperation of the reservation police.
