I'm not aware that there is any specific criminal law against cyber-bullying, however practicing this form of intimidation COULD be construed as practicing 'harassment' and even 'stalking' if it were to be included in any official complaint of that type of activity made aginst you.

As far as Wiki Answers is concerned, according to the site rules you can be permanently blocked from the use of the site for practicing it.

The laws against cyber-bullying differ from state to state. If you are being harassed, inform an adult you trust so that you can contact the police together in order to have this answered correctly for your jurisdiction. Even if this is not a crime, there are steps you may take to protect yourself from cyberbullying.

If you are an adult asking this question, then after consulting with the police or an attorney in your jurisdiction, please consider seeing a therapist. If your child is harassed enough that you are considering creating a crime report, they may need help that a therapist can provide.

It seems to depend on the country and the type of "bullying."

Yes, there is, when someone gets bullied, (depends, if he hurt you, harass, or any such thing to do with law) they have to contact someone, and then someone will put them in jail or some kind of law common source.
