Short Answer - Yes They can make your butt Grow.

However before you run off and get on the juice, its important to understand the side effects of steroids. If you ask someone with no experience they will most likely go by the media's negative stereotypes and tell you that they will turn you into a harry beast. That is not true. There are many different types of steroids, and to get such side effects you would have to take them in higher dosages and for long extended periods of time ( many months / years ). Most of the beast looking body building women you see in magazines are taking multiple steroids plus Growth Hormone in very high dosages.

If you take a very mild steroid, on a regular schedule, the side effects will be more energy, lower body fat, increased muscle mass, and slight change in mood, increased libido. If you take higher dosages then you can expect deepening of the voice, hair growth, increased size of genitals, and a compulsion to sit around and watch ESPN sports center all day. ( Not kidding )

I am not endorsing steroids, but I know plenty of people ( and women ) who are on them and if you are not genetically gifted with a big butt, yes a mild steroid plus weights targeting the butt will give you the results you are looking for.
