Almost anywhere that takes debit/credit cards will take EBT cards, but if you are using it for anything other than basic food, the purchase would come off the CASH side of the card, not the food stamps. Papa Murphy's does allow you to use food stamps for their pizzas because they are not cooked when you buy them.

EBT Cards are refilled in corespondance with the last digit of your case number. If it ends with a 1 it will be refilled on the first of every month. If it ends with a 5 it will be refilled on the fifth of every month. If you are wondering the time it is refilled, usually midnight.
