loadsa people have said to try bug spray, Off Skintastic, Motsenbocker's Lift Off #3,or a can of acetone (and some Oxy Clean for washing afterwards). I tried the bug repellant on one spot of the comforter and ther Motsenbocker's on another. The bug repellant seemed to lighten the stain, but the Motsenbocker's was actually LIFTING the stain off of the fabric, so I switched to that. I had to spray, blot, and rub the spot with a soft-bristled toothbrush about 25-30 times, but IT COMPLETELY CAME OUT.If you use Motsenbocker's make sure you have a towel or something absorbent under whatever you are cleaning to catch the stain dripping through from the other side! if this doesn't work try the bug spray!!
I do it by washing the clothes with regular soap and then spraying it. Works like a charm!
soak it in the bath then use shaving foam
nail polish remover and a wash cloth.
try spraying hairspray on it then rubbing it with a damp cloth
pour a small amount of nail polish remover onto the carpet and rub with either a cloth or toilet roll if you don't want to ruin the cloth.
The best way to remove nail polish from denim is to use nail polish remover. Put some of the remover on a white cloth and rub the spot. You may have to repeat this until it is gone.
I suggest put nail polish remover on a cotton bud or cloth then wipe on to the boot. Continue until you see the colour gets off. After that wipe the nail polish remover from the boots with a warm damp cloth.
Try cleaning them with a paper towel or tissue. If the residue does not come off, you can try cold cream. The next step would be rubbing alcohol, or more extremely, nail polish remover or lighter fluid.(Any of these three could be bad for plastic lenses or frames!)
You probably can't remove nail polish remover from cotton sheets. Nail polish remover is like an acid and has probably discolored the print on your sheets. Stay ahead of stains, catch them quickly and you will be able to save your stuff.
I have tried goof off on nail polish on my tile floor and it worked great, also my daughter split liquid makeup on my cloth chair i used goo gone and that worked so i would try one of them
