Most pork chops can be safely baked at 375 degrees Fahrenheit without drying out. The thickness of the meat, the amount of time, the method of seasoning (marinade or breading) also determines whether or not the chops remain moist and tender in the baking.
The most common temperature is 350 degrees.
It is suggested that you bake porkchops at any temperature between 145 and 160..depending on how well or rare you want it.
That depends on how big your servings are. I usually put mine on for 400 to 420 at around 15 min to 25 min.
350° for 35 minutes should do nicely. Thicker ones need a little more time though. You can also cook pork chops on the range top in a covered pan. Use a low simmer heat.

Pork chops become tough by OVERCOOKING. It is important to cook pork to temp. so any harmful bacteria will be cooked out. Pork chops do not take very long if they are med. / thin, bone in. I enjoy my chops a bit pink in the center to ensure they are not tough. I think I'm one of a few who actually orders their pork med. rare.
