They would need to be outside temperature but when it snows they would need to be brought inside

That's actually false/not true i have 4 and one is all alone the bunnies are fine outside unless its like -8 or something i mean that's common sense my bunnies have withstood -2 degrees but below that get them inside. In the summer worry about overheating you will need to freeze a 2 liter and put it in the cage

If they're orphans, you can just place a heating pad on it's lowest setting in the nest with them and they should be fine.

Newborn babies need to be kept warm until they grow fur and are able to generate heat on their own - about 2 weeks - after that they prefer a cooler temp of about 60-75 degrees.

Anywhere from 65 to 75 degrees is ideal. Colder would be OK to a point but hotter puts stress on them. They over heat easily because they are wearing a fur coat, sic.
