There is only one substance in the universe which does not ever freeze no matter how cold it gets, and that is the element helium - it can be liquified, but it never freezes. Everything else will freeze at a sufficiently cold temperature, including kerosine.

If you have a freezer that will get down to between -21 C and -40 C (depending on what kind of kerosene you have), the fuel will start to get thick. A commercial freezer normally gets down to around -18 C.

Above -21 C, the kerosene just gets cold. Do NOT, whatever you do, spill any of this on your bare skin because it will give you third-degree frostbite.

Kerosene that you buy will freeze at -22 Degrees Fahrenheit.
