In 1621, the Pilgrims' wheat crop had failed, so they did not have any flour. They were almost out of sugar and they did not have ovens, so they did not bake any pies.
The harvest feast was in celebration of their harvest of "Indian corn", which was a hard variety called flint corn. To make it edible, they would grind it and make a porridge. They did not have corn on the cob or popcorn.
The only apples in North America were crabapples, which were unpalatable. Cranberry sauce had not been invented. The peas that they brought from England did not grow, but they may have had some native beans.
