When looking at a chest X-ray, there are several key things to evaluate. These include assessing the lung fields for any signs of infection or fluid accumulation, examining the heart and mediastinum for any abnormalities, checking for the presence of any fractures or bone lesions, and evaluating the size and contour of the diaphragm and other structures. Additionally, it is important to assess for any signs of airway obstruction or masses in the chest.
