It is possible that the next shot from the rear that hit Kennedy in the head - jerking him forward. Then the third shot from the front - tore about 1/3 of his scarp off - jerking him backwards. The second and third shot were within 1/8 of a second of each other, as they occurred side by side - in two frames of the Zapruter film. But this requires that there was two assassins.
